一、取消订单

如果想取消订单,可以使用以下表达方式:

“I want to cancel my order #订单号, I hope you can help me.”

当客服询问取消订单的理由时,可以给出的理由包括:

  1. 信息/地址有误:“I entered wrong information/ address.”
  2. 买错东西了:“I bought wrong items.”

二、退货

退货分为两种情况:一种是商品已收到,一种是在路上。

  1. 已收到商品想退回

    • 表达方式:“I received the order #订单号,but I want to return it. Can you send a return label to me?”
  2. 商品在路上想退回

    • 真实案例:地址填错了
    • 表达方式:“I met a problem that I entered the wrong address, so I cannot receive the package. I hope you can help inform the express company.”

三、忘记输入折扣码

如果忘记输入折扣码,可以这样与客服沟通:

“I forgot to add a promo code in the order #订单号,and I hope you can help me. The promo code is XXX.”

四、忘记发货或者物流状态异常

当遇到忘记发货或物流状态异常时,可以这样向客服反馈:

“I hope you can help me check the shipping status of order #订单号,because I have not received the package after the expected delivery date.”

如果客服告知仓库忘记发出并表示要退款时,可以表达自己的意愿,例如不想退款而希望补发订单:

“No, I received the email a week ago, and it told me that items were shipped. This package is important to me and I hope you can make a replacement order.”
